Sappi5 problem,

Hello to all,
A while ago, Sappi5 was working fine. Now when I want to change from eleqwance to Sappi5 no voices are there at all. Is there a way that I can enable or disable Sappi5?Or there is another problem I do not know about. Please help thanks.
