Ye gods, Dale! What a bummer! I hope you get something figured out with
this.

Sorry,

I have Spam killer installed and for some reason, although I have the Jaws
list selected as a friend, not all messages make it through. The ones that
don't end up in the Spam folder with that added to the subject line.

If I rescue the message first, it goes back to the inbox and that is removed
then I can go to the inbox and answer from there. Unfortunately I usually
forget to do this. I don't understand why this happens and the fact that I
have to check the Spam folder after this much time not to miss messages
rather makes the process redundant. This does not turn out to be a good use
of my money.

I remember seeing this on messages in the past and wondered about it myself.

It seems to have done something else I don't much like, I now don't seem to
be able to move messages to different folders through the FILE menu. Can't
move them or copy them either.

If anyone knows more about this programme than I do I would be glad to hear
from them. Not all of it is easily accessible to Jaws.
