Yep, got the latest drivers , and still no go..
But I don't mind waiting for the next rebuild of sp2.

You have a netgear network card?  if so, some of them did have problems
but 
there are upgraded drivers, I believe some others did too, I knew in
advance 
and updated my driver for my network card, which is a netgear wireless
card, 
and didn't have any trouble.
