SAPI 4-5 voices - A t&T Natural Voices

Anyone using the A t&t Natural voices as their synthesized
voices. For example, you can get the Crystal and Mike voices in
16 khz. And if you are using the above voices do you also have
the Text Aloud sofware installed? The Text Aloud is the engine
or TTS.
Please lead me in the right direction. Thank you.
