Running Jaws from a CD

G'day All,
The recent posts regarding the making of an autorun CD to create a
"portable" version of Jaws were great. There are just a couple of points I'd
like clarified.
Will the CD version work on a computer that has never had Jaws installed on
it and if so, won't Jaws need it's registry entries to be present on that
computer? Furthermore, will it leave residual entries on that computer
afterward?
