All you have to do then is note the actual name of your sound card that is displayed as you are arrowing through those choices. Virtualising the window is usually a good idea as you can copy to the clipboard the actual name of the sound device you want Jaws to use. E.G. If I want jaws to use my onboard SoundMAX sound card, I go to sounds and audio devices and either arrow through the playback or recording device to use (it doesn't matter as all you are looking for is the actual name of the sound device) for this example I arrow through the playback device and I see that "SoundMAX Digital Audio" is one of the sound card devices I can use. So then I virtualise windows with control+Jawskey+w and arrow to the line which contains "SoundMAX Digital Audio" and copy that line to the clipboard. Then I go to my already opened jfw.ini file and paste the contents of the clipboard into the relevant place and then edit the jfw.ini file so the device name doesn't contain any extraneous spaces at the end of the line. In my sounds and audio devices, I have a few different choices of sound cards. I can arrow through the choices if I want to change it from my Soundblaster to the onboard card.
