I use 2007. I think the only feedback I got was hearing the CD drive spin and then the disk was ejected when it finished. I don't think I went to look for any update data as I was doing it while doing other things. I went in to take a look, and configured my options on the Rip tab. How do I know that it's actually ripping something, though? I don't seem to be getting any feedback. Thanks. _____ From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of doug slotten Sent: Sunday, November 18, 2007 8:50 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: Ripping a CD Hi, Windows Media Player will rip CDs to Mp3. At the moment, I have Winamp and Windows Media Player. Can either of these accomplish this? Will Windows Media Player only rip to WMA? How about if I want MP3 files? Does JAWS work with these tools well to accomplish this? It seems to me I've used other tools in the past, and found it difficult to do. Thanks.
