No, that does not work either.

The first choice that pops up should be " task bar" submenu.  Where I =
need
to be is NOT the task bar and start menu dialog box.  I can not describe =
the
difference, but there sure is.  So, alt enter does not do the same as a
right click, on a blank spot.
