If you don't want to hear JAWS announce the Graphics, go to the
configuration manager, press control + Shift + D, to load the default
configuration manager.  then, press alt + S, for settings.  Then, G, for
graphics.  there are a group of radio buttons to choose.  Just choose the No
graphics options and click the Ok button and you are done.  Press Alt + F4,
to close the window and once a confirmation window appears, reply with yes
and you are done.
