It seems after reviewing these posts that JAWS 11 did not carry the Insert
/Shift/R function for replying directly to the sender for some reason in
Outlook Express.
Hopefully it will be restored by the time they release the final edition. Mitch

Matt,
All I can suggest is that your copy of JAWS has Insert+R and Insert+Shift+R
set up in the keyboard manager. They are not set up in mine. I don't need them,
since Ctrl+R and Cntrl+Shift+R both work exactly as advertised.
Again -- Outlook Express, JAWS 9, and XP Pro, if that helps.

I believe we are referring to the keystroke insert shift R which will
reply directly to the sender. So in this case instead of pressing control R
which would reply to the entire jaws group, Ins Shift R would reply to dave
instead.

I am using jfw 10 with Outlook Express and XP. I always just
highlight the message I want to reply to in the message list or tab into the
message body window. From there, I just hit control + r and it opens the reply
window, I've never used the shortcut you're referring to.
Not sure if this works in jfw 11 but it's worked in every version
I've used, unless I am misunderstanding what you want to do.
