Roger, I am sorry but I have not been keeping up with reading this thread. However, if you are trying to find keystrokes to reply just to the sender using outlook then you use alt+r and if you want to reply to all then you use control+shift+r. And when I shift tabbed to the to field, it said, jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx And I know there is no command in Outlook with Control, shift, Q, as a keystroke.
