Remote access problems

I seem to have a flaky remote access issue.
Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't
I just tried to log in to my server.
It connected, cause jaws said the IP and then input capture window.
Then, I hit the hotkey to activate jaws, and nothing happened.
Then I tried start, run, and typed jaws6.
Any ideas why it might not be working.
Sometimes it does work though.Any thoughts?
