Remote Assistance working with JAWS, true or false?

Hi all, is it true that JFW works with the remote assistance feature of MSN/Windows Live Messenger? If so how did you all get it to work? Now I'm on high speed broadband this would be a good thing to do, especially if I can help my friends out remotely. Thanks!
