Hi Dick,
You can use Handybits voicemail for this purpose although this program is
for sending voicemails.
You want to download it as free at:
www.jfwlite.com/programs
After you install it, press: f2 to start the record.
f3 for pause and f4 for play your recorded message.
It uses wav files.
Try it
