Real player and Harmony TM

Hi friends,
I tried to check for updates my real player 10.5 version and I get there the
option to install what is called there:
"Harmony TM".
Some friends told me that it may cause problems but my understanding is that
it's more for security and some more other helpful elements and formats.
Did someone here install it and how does it work with Jaws, please?
I'm using Jaws 7.0 and XPSP2 OS.
