Well you don't have to edit the document, you can accept or reject her change. It depends on what version of word you are using. The Word Track Changes, Accept or Reject Changes dialog is opened from Tools, Track Changes, Accept or Reject Changes. I have word 2003 though and isn't on the tracfk changes menu. But if you turn on the reviewing toolbar and you will buttons for accept or reject change. I have been able to bring it up with insert+shift+r but I can't seem to get rid of the changes she has made. For Example I misspell the word spoken. I spelt it sfoken She corrected it spoken. I see both my error and her correction in the document. How can I delete my error? -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
