Never mind, I figured it out, but inc ase anyone else needs to know. You locate your speech on the row you want to become the spoken headers and with your agile extra hand, press alt control shift c for column headers or r for row headers. Then, anytime you move to a cell, the headers will be spoken as wel as any cell contents. If you are filling in a huge table, this is wonderfully convenient.
