Quotation voice and JFW v10

Hello folks,

In versions 8 and 9x, the special voice one could assign for quotations was 
broken. I was told they would repair it as soon as was possible, never a sure 
thing. Can anyone tell me if, in the beta version, this problem has been 
resolved?
