Barbara,

Quicken is accessible with JAWS, and you can find tips on using it in the JAWS help, under the 3rd party software section. However, before you purchase Quicken or any other product from Intuit, you should consider the information I found on the following Intuit web page, which describes Intuit's outrageous policy of disabling or "retirement" of older versions of Quicken:
https://quicken.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/quicken.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=3874

Quicken Support - Retirement of Online Services for older versions of Quicken

In an ongoing effort to provide reliable high-quality products and services, Intuit periodically retires (also known as "sunsets") older versions of Quicken,

thereby discontinuing online services & live technical support for these versions.

Under this policy, the most current version of Quicken (currently Quicken 2006), plus the prior two versions, will be supported, subject to certain exceptions.

Sunsetting older versions of Quicken allows us to focus resources on enhancing our products and providing support for more current versions, which are

used by the vast majority of Quicken customers.

When a Quicken product is scheduled to be sunset, Intuit will provide affected customers with advance notice, generally by means of this Web site. We update

this Web site periodically, so please visit us again for more information as it becomes available.

Information for Quicken 2003 customers.

As of April 25, 2006, in accordance with the Quicken sunset policy, online services1 and live technical support will no longer be available for Quicken

2003 users. These services include online bill pay; downloading financial data from your bank, credit union, credit card, brokerage, 401(k) or mutual fund

accounts; downloading stock quotes, news headlines and other financial information into Quicken; uploading portfolio information from Quicken to Quicken.com;

and access to the investing features on Quicken.com including portfolio tracking, any watch lists you have created, One-Click ScorecardT, Stock Evaluator

and Mutual Fund Evaluator.

To avoid a service interruption, you must upgrade to Quicken 2006 before April 25, 2006. To place your order online, please visit

www.newquicken.com.
