Hello Everyone, I have created 4 folders in Outlook XP. I have created rules for Outlook = to sort the mail into these folders. For some reason about 75% of the messages go in the right folder. Do I need to change the rules so that all of the message are sort = correctly? If so, what do I need to change in the rules?
