Hi Jeff,
Back in 1998, there were talks about making Jaws for DOS source code available
to Unix programmers. It seems that only the compiled version was released by
Henter-Joyce, and it's free for download even today. I've never heard about
Jaws adaptation for Unix or MAC. However, there might be, I'm not quite sure,
something about Braille displays and Unix. I know about Linux users who use
Braille displays daily. If you want, I can send your request to some other
lists dealing with Unix and accessibility. Please let me know.

Subject: Question on using Jaws with Unix and other call center software

  Hello Everyone,

I have been interviewing with call centers and customer service companies.
Many of them have mentioned that they use UNIX when I ask them about their
  computer systems.

How can I use JFW 6.0 with UNIX. I have a Power Braille 40 as well.

What will I need to get meaning software, and what will I have to do to get
  JFW to work in UNIX.

Also what are good Call Center software that I can use with JFW?

  Thanks,

  Jeff Lukacsena
