Hi Bachir, no you do not have to send the disk to Freedom Scientific. You
can either call their tech support and they can walk you through the
procedure or you can send them an email. In the email, give them your serial
number and tell them you have less than 3 keys left on the disk. They can
email back the instructions for re-setting the authorizations. The
instructions are very specific and I actually did this myself and so I can
assure you it is not that difficult. Marie

Hi Joanne, You must have a key for the program to work without being in demo
mode. However, if you contact Freedom Scientific and you have your
authorization floppy, they can send instructions to reset the number of keys
on the disk. Marie

I have no more Jaws keys for 4.51 and want to put Jaws on my children's
computer. I would prefer having a new version but know it would be just a
demo. Can Jaws 3 be downloaded and will it be considered a full version
