Jed, have you checked to see if read all messages in plain text was unchecked?
Read all messages in plain text MUST be unchecked before you can click on a
link.
To do this:
1. You must be in your listview and not an open message.
2. Alt-t for tools then press O for options.
3. Control-tab to the read page.
4. Tab along until you hear "read all messages in plain text."
5. Make sure this box is unchecked.
Certainly there could be other issues such as pop-ups, etc. but this problem
often alludes a lot of folks--depending on what level a user you are.
I am also assuming here you are clicking on a link in outlook express.
