When you are about to write JAWS scripts for an application, you need to
find out technical information about the application's behavior and window
layout. This is when the Home Row commands become handy. In Home Row
comkand, you use special keystrokes to find out various information about
current window, such as colors, size, messages that are shown, etc. This
is not useful for ordinary users. (Ted, The Snowman and others who write
scripts might tell you more on this).
