Question: Customising JAWS verbocity

Could anyone offer advice about how to customise JAWS verbocity in terms of
setting the order and amount that JAWS announces? A case in point is when
using Excel, moving from one worksheet to another JAWS announces the file
name, the cell contents and then the Worksheet Tab,in this instance I whish
only to hear the worksheet tab name.
