If you are using software speech, they run off your wav device. If you
use hardware speech, the synthesizer has it's own speaker.

Subject: Question

I was checking the setting for my audio and have a question for you. Are
screen reading programs like JAWS and Windows Eyes suppose to run off of
your midi synth or off of your wav settings?
