Hi Guy!
Make sure you have 'include original message in reply' turned on. Then send
mail to:
jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with unsubscribe in the subject line.
When you get the message back requesting that you confirm, simply reply by
using the reply function of your Email client.
If the original message requesting you to confirm is included in your reply,
that should be all that is necessary to achieve what you want.
