?right click on the shortcut and select properties on the context menu that
appears. BTW this only works when the shortcut is in your desktop. If is on any
folder the properties menu will change.

Subject: Puzzling Documents Question

I Hi,
I notice that when I go into the Documents area on my Windows 7 machine, there
are two instances of the My Music folder listed, and if I try to access either
one, I'm told that access is denied. If memory serves, the same is true for
the My Documents folder listed under Documents. I suspect that all of those
shortcuts point to folders that don't belong to my user profile, but I can't
tell. How do I show the locations that those shortcuts point to.

Tom
