If you're running Win XP, try these steps to restore OE as your default email client:
1. Press Windows key to launch Start menu.
2. Press S repeatedly until you land on Set Program Access and Defaults and hit Enter. 3. Tab repeatedly until you land on Custom radio button and hit Space. This will expand the Custom options. 4. Tab to Use My Current Email Program radio button and hit Space, then tab to Outlook Express radio button and hit Space. 5. Finally, tab to Okay and hit Space. This should reset OE as your default email program.

I did that, but internet explorer still says outlook express isn't my default client if I try to email a company from a web page. How do I make o e my default client again?

Hi, stacey and List,

If you're using winXP, go to the control panel, add/remove programs.
find it in the list and press enter and follow the prompts.

If you're using Vista, go to programs and features in the control panel
and follow the rest of the steps I noted above.

HTH,
Teresa
