Problems with a form

I have a form that I have to fill out for work. It has edit boxes, and combo
boxes which are accessible.

However, it has items that have to be clicked if I choose satisfactory, neutral
or dissatisfactory. What JFW says on these items is the word 'clickable'. I
have tried with the JAWS cursor to get on them and do the left mouse click and
even the left mouse double click, but it doesn't appear to do anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
