Problems with Microsoft Word 2007

Hello all,
I am having difficulties with Microsoft word 2007. Everytime I go to
bottom of a file Jaws says a new line even though I didn't put a new line at
all in the text. Also a lot of the time it doesn't read the text at the bottom
a file when I use control end to read the bottom a file. Is there a way to
reset all of the Jaws settings back to there factory defaults?
