Problems Setting Up News Groups In OutLook Express

Hi.
went to the borland site.
found http://news.borland.com
put that in the internet accounts for outlook express.
it said it could not connect to the server.
said it was unavailable.
here is the error message i got.
if any one had problems connecting and setting up news groups, please let me
know.
this is annoying.
if anyone does know the specific directry and news news:://news.borland.com
then please let me know.
