Problem with alt-tabbing with jfw 5

My friend has encountered a problem where jaws does not announce the
names of applications when she alt tabs through them and will only speak
once she has changed to a new application. When I spoke to her she
wasn't sure which version of jaws she had but believes it is 5.0. She is
using windows xp and I have not heard of or encountered this problem
before. Any tips or suggestions which may solve this issue would be
appreciated. I will forward any responses and try to get more details
about her setup as necessary. Thanks in advance.
