RE: Problem with Word document

Well, as I said, jaws doesn't read you the entire line except when you
use the up or down arrow keys.  If they've arranged the document in some
way so that your cursor can't pass over the labeling text "sir name"
(and there are several ways in which they could arrange that), then
moving using your left and right arrow keys will never read it to you.
