Problem re Outlook Express and newest Jaws

Hello all, 

I have the latest Jaws and have a problem with Outlook Express.  By the Way I 
also just installed the New Avast 5. 

When I open OE it takes a while and often Jaws quits speaking, appears to 
happen most often wehn I interrupt the speech by hitting down arrow to read the 
next message in my inbox view. 

Any ideas?
