Problem in Word

Hello,
I am using Jaws 9.0 and have a peculiar thing happening in a Word file that
several folks have edited. Jaws is reading both current and deleted text when
reading line by line. This does not happen reading word by word. I called
tech cuspport and still no fix. I have turned off track changes in Word and
Jaws, deleted my jaws word.jcf file, turned off everthing I could find in Jaws
to turn off but it still happens.
Any ideas?
