Problem: UpperPitchChange is invoked most of the time

First, thank you for any assistance.

 

Using jaws 10 with eloquence.

 

I have identify capitals set to read by character and spell.

Problem, when jaws reads most things like Folder View, or combo Box it
invokes the upper pitch change which it never did until I rebooted this
morning.

I checked to ensure my setting was still, read char and spelling-it is.

 

Any suggestions as to why this might occur?
