When I have a problem opening an attachment and suspect it might be a 
leftover announcement, I go to the text of the message, open the file 
menu and arrow down to save attachments.
If it says "unavailable," it is so.

I have found my ISP's rejected mail genrator and some people with 
different email clients, such as at work,  send mail as attachments.

Hello All:

I am trying to help someone who is having a problem opening attachments
she receives in Outlook Express.  She is a JFW user.  She can open up
the message with the attachment, press insert-A to get to the
attachments list, but when she presses enter on the attachment she wants
to open nothing happens.  Any thoughts on how we can fix this for her?
She is not real computer literate so I don't want to have to explain to
her how she can route the JAWS cursur to the attachment and left click
the mouse to open it.
