Try arrowing until she is actually on the name of the attachment and then
hitting the left mouse button (/ on the keypad) once or twice. Attachments
can also be saved from the file menu.

Hello All:
I am trying to help someone who is having a problem opening attachments
she receives in Outlook Express. She is a JFW user. She can open up
the message with the attachment, press insert-A to get to the
attachments list, but when she presses enter on the attachment she wants
to open nothing happens. Any thoughts on how we can fix this for her?
She is not real computer literate so I don't want to have to explain to
her how she can route the JAWS cursur to the attachment and left click
the mouse to open it.
