Hey Lois, are you able to get the software installed? When you plug in your 
printer, do you get the message that says found new hardware then the wizard 
for installing new hardware comes up? If you are able to install the 
sofware, and you get that wizard you are presented with some choices. You 
don't want the computer to do a search.
