OK, but what about older braille displays? I don't have the money to upgrade to a new display, and it's an old Alva 380 that I was given by the state, which works fine. It's hard enough finding a serial port or usb converter, which I haven't found yet, and if a driver won't be supported for this older model, then I will be doubly out of luck.
