Hello everyone,I gave this some thought and realised the differences between my and my wife's computers that didn't have this problem and the one that did and I realised what it was. I customize my settings on my desktop more than the other systems. The one thing I turn off that my wife doesn't is graphics, and although I didn't think it was the answer, I decided to try changing graphics to all graphics and then going to the pages that gave me problems and the problems were gone! I could navigate the pages with frames again! I thought I would share this in case this would help anyone else who's still having this problem. Although how graphics effects frames is beyond me.

Using Jaws ten with WindowsXP Try what I do when this same thing happens inGoogle: Deactivate the virtual cursor with Insert+z; Route PC to Jaws and go down some within the website; Reactivate the virtual cursor until it says Automatic in all Aplications; things should be up and running afterwards. Good luck! I decided to finally install JAWS11 this morning and the problem is still there. The problem is that JAWS will not read certain web pages when using internet explorer. This seems to be especially true if the page contains any frames. If a page starts with a frame, then the page would appear to be blank. If I then bring up the links list with JAWS key f7, it will tell me that there are 0 links even if there are links. If the page has a frame at a later point of a page, then I can access the content prior to the frame but nothing after the start of thefirst frame. I went to the same pages with firefox and no problem. I evenwent to the same pages with my wife's desktop running xp using internetexplorer and both our laptops running windows 7 and no problem either. I'mnot really sure if this is a problem with JAWS or perhaps a problem with internet explorer on my desktop. I'm now thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling internet explorer. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thank you for any help anyone can offer.
