Sounds to me like you need to install a DVD decoder. If your computer shows
that you already have one, it's most likely going to be the trial version.
If this is so, you'll need to purchase a key to unlock the full version. Be
warned, however, that, even after you do this, you might still wind up only
with the OEM version.

Hi everyone,
I'm using JAWS 10 with Windows Vista Home Premium and am running into a
problem. I have my computer set up to ask me what to do when I insert media
in the DVD/CD burner and this works beautiful for CDs and blank DVDs. I can
get it to do nothing when I insert a DVD with a movie on it or a CD with
software on it. Does anyone have a clue what the problem is here? I can't
find any settings that aren't already set to ask me what to do. Help,
please!
