Hello, Ann;
first, if you have your view set to: "Start menu"
you will find the term, "Pin To Start Menu.
Now if your using the Start menu,

1, press Windows key for start menu,

2, press the letter P for all programs,

3, press the letter J for jaws, you should hear tools submenu, unless, you 
have more than 1 version on your machine.
in this case, hit J, until you find your version.
down arrow until you hear, jaws, press applications key, down arrow you will 
see, "pin To start menu, press enter.
