OK.
Because I use a Web application called NetDocuments, a Web-based document
management system, I have occasion to use the Jaws Key F-7 and the Jaws Key
plus F-5 at least 10 times a day. So, the differences in the way they function
is glaringly apparent to me.
I was hoping to get one or more notes like yours, confirming the apparent
inconsistency. I thought perhaps there was a setting somewhere that I had
missed.
I think I will send a suggestion to Freedom Scientific. They already have one
from me -- the way JAWS 11 reads automatic cross-references in MS Word. In
JAWS 10, it read correctly, announcing the referenced Section number. In JAWS
11, it was, to my mind, broken, announcing, instead of the paragraph number, an
internal cross reference.
