"PROBLEM WITH FS READER"

Hello everybody:
today at early of the morning, i launched the FS reader ,
freedomscientific daisy book reader!! in order to listen to some
JAWS basic training concept's.
i've got the book opened, then press enter to have played the audio
section of the book , but it was silent, so tried to use the
toggle keystroke control P to play and pose the audio, but
actually, i've got the same result, even restarted JAWS but nothing
changed, so i moved to text reading erea and start reading the text
of the mentioned book, and it does reading as well even using the say
all feature. perhaps it's license has expired?
am not sure about that.
just try to guess what the problem does!!.
any suggest, that extremely would be appreciated!!
