Hi Jack,
I went back and tried your suggestion, but neither alt s nor ctrl s do a
thing for it. And when I do alt f, I am told that save and save as are
unavailable. Is there some setting I need to change?
I am using Windows XP and Jaws 5.10.383.

I just went to the site and downloaded it with no problem. I think what you
want to hit is alt S, for save. As I said, I just did it and it downloaded
