Roger alt control i is a toggle keystroke in MS Word which alternates between insert and overtype mode whilst typing into a document. The best way to get round the situation is either to move focus from Word before pressing control alt i to invoke your internet browser or define a different hotkey to launch your internet browser. Hello everyone, When I am in Microsoft word and I try to go to Internet Explorer, by pressing my short cut key: Hot key, Jaws says insert mode active. Now when I'm in Microsoft Word and in a document, and I try to go to internet Explorer, with the same command, Jaws says over type mode active. Can someone tell me how to fix these two issues? Help would be appreciated.
