angie,
outlook can do much more then outlook express, but do you need those things?
i use outlook express and i can do all things i want with it.
i tried outlook, but i almost drowned in the possibilities.
in outlook express you must go to:
the toolsmenu extra and in that to options
there you can set all kind of things. on the tabblad: sent you can anable the option to complete the emailadress you are typing automatically.
i am dutch and i am using a dutch outlookexpress. i tried to translate the menu-options, but it is possible that they are called something else in your version.
i hope you can find it.

Subject: Outlook or Outlook express?

Hello All,
I recently started using Outlook. For years I have used Eudora and love it but, my job requires me to use Outlook. Outlook has allot of great features that I could really utilize if learned how. The thing I do not like is that when I start to type in my address in the, TO, field why won't it finish my address for me? I do not know all my addresses off the top of my head so this makes e- mailing a little difficult.
A coworker showed me Outlook Express today and that looks to be a very easy program to use.
I just thought I would ask what do some of you prefer? If the address should be automatic and I am doing something wrong I would surely appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Thank you,
Angie
