Hi Angie,

Glad to hear that you found a work around for your auto complete problem.
Hopefully, this problem will be fixed in Jaws 8.0 so that it will speak the
e-mail address as you type in the to field.

As for your shift F1 problem, you might want to check the user options
settings in the configuration manager. While in Outlook, press Jaws key plus
the 6 key on the main keyboard to open the configuration manager for
Outlook. Then, go to the set options sub-menu and then select user options.
Make sure that the check box for show virtual viewer is checked. This should
fix the shift F1 problem.

Hi Ryan,
I have made sure that both boxes are checked but, I still get 
nothing. I do not understand it at all!
When I do shift F1 nothing happens.
Should I go back to bed and wake up again?
